Reverse Logistics
A process that involves the return of the product from the customer’s premises back to the retailer’s warehouse.
Example
A customer decides to return a large sectional sofa they purchased online. The white glove delivery service is responsible for picking up the sofa from the customer's home, disassembling it if necessary, and transporting it back to the retailer's warehouse for processing.
