White Glove Carrier Network (“WGCN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have when you use our website at whiteglovecn.com, our online courses, and related services (together, the “Services”).
WGCN provides online training resources for white glove delivery specialists who handle the last mile delivery of big and bulky items. We do not hire, dispatch, or pay delivery workers.

We do not sell personal information. Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, which some state laws call “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Section 5 explains how to opt out. Section 7 explains how long we keep information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Account and order information. When you buy a course, we collect your name and email address. If you create a course account, we also collect a password.
- Profile information. You may choose English or Spanish.
- Payment information. When you pay, your card details go directly to our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive and keep limited information such as the last four digits of your card, your billing address, and your order details. We may also apply coupon or promotion codes you enter.
- Contact form and email. When you use the contact form on whiteglovecn.com, we collect your name, company name, email address, and message.
- Surveys, support requests, and other messages you send us.
Information we collect automatically
- Course activity. Which courses you start, which lessons you watch, and your quiz answers.
- Log and device information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages and screens viewed, the date and time of requests, and the page that referred you. Our WordPress website keeps standard server logs.
- Email activity. Whether you open or click our marketing emails.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 4.
We do not collect precise GPS location, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, background-check results, health information, or biometric information. If we start collecting any of these, we will update this policy first.
Information from others
- From our service providers, such as payment status from Stripe and analytics reports from Google.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage accounts, sign you in, and keep accounts secure.
- Deliver the courses in English and Spanish, track your progress, and show your quiz answers to you.
- Show your course progress to you.
- Process payments and coupons.
- Send account and service emails, such as course access, password resets, and receipts.
- Send marketing emails about WGCN, unless you unsubscribe (see Section 6).
- Answer questions and support requests.
- Understand how people use the website and app, improve our content and Services, and measure and run our advertising.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security problems.
- Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as described in this policy:
- With service providers that process information for us under contract, including:
- Stripe (payments)
- SMTP2GO (account and service emails)
- Bunny (course videos)
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- With advertising and analytics partners through cookies and tags on our website (Google). See Sections 4 and 5.
- With professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants.
- For legal reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to protect the rights, safety, and security of WGCN, our users, or others; and to enforce our Terms.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We will require the new owner to honor this policy for the information it receives.
- With your consent or at your direction.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know is under 16.
4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Your cookie choices. Essential cookies keep the site working and secure and are always on. In the United States and most other places, Analytics and Advertising cookies are on by default, and a small notice on your first visit lets you choose OK, Opt out, or Settings. If you visit from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, Analytics and Advertising cookies are used only if you choose Accept all or turn them on in Settings. We estimate where you are from your device time zone and language settings, and we use Google’s location signal as a backup. You can change your choice anytime with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Our website (whiteglovecn.com) uses:
- Necessary cookies for security (including bot protection from our hosting provider) and basic site functions.
- Google Analytics, to measure traffic and how people use the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing. These tags tell us when someone who saw or clicked a WGCN ad visits our site or contacts us, and let Google show WGCN ads to people who have visited our site, on other websites and apps.
- Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies or local storage may stop parts of the Services from working. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Your Privacy Choices: Opting Out of Ads Tracking
We do not sell personal information for money. Google Ads tags, which some state laws call sharing, run by default for visitors outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. To opt out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising, click Do Not Sell or Share My Info or Cookie settings at the bottom of any page and choose Opt out, or turn off Advertising and Analytics and click Save. We then stop these tags and remove their cookies from that browser.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of sharing and targeted advertising for that browser, and we keep Advertising and Analytics cookies off by default for that browser.
You can limit the use of your information for targeted advertising:
- Google Ads Settings: turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
- Industry opt outs: use the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out at optout.networkadvertising.org and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
- Browser and device controls: block third party cookies, clear cookies, or use your browser’s tracking protection. On mobile devices, you can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
- Email us: send a request to privacy@whiteglovecn.com with the subject “Opt out of ads tracking.”
Opt outs that rely on cookies apply only to the browser and device you use, and stop working if you clear your cookies.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common standard for responding to them, so our Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals.
6. Emails
- Account and service emails. We send emails about your account and the Services, such as course access, password resets, and receipts. These continue while you have an account, even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.
- Marketing emails. We may send marketing emails about WGCN. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by emailing privacy@whiteglovecn.com. We will honor your request within 10 business days.
- Text messages. WGCN does not send text messages.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, and then delete it or deidentify it. In general:
- Account and profile information is kept while your account is open, and for a limited time after you close it so we can handle questions, disputes, and fraud prevention.
- Course progress and quiz data are kept while your account is open, and after closure for as long as needed to answer questions about past purchases.
- Payment and transaction records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Stripe keeps its own records under its own policies.
- Contact form messages and support emails are kept as long as needed to respond and follow up.
- Server logs are kept for a short period set by our logging provider.
- Analytics and advertising data is kept by Google according to their settings and policies.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, and access-controlled cloud providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee security. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you, or get a copy in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your account and personal information.
- Opt out of targeted advertising (Section 5) and of marketing emails (Section 6).
You can also update most account details yourself, or ask us to do it.
Residents of California and some other states have these rights under state privacy laws, and we offer them to all users. To make a request, email privacy@whiteglovecn.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will confirm we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend this once by 45 more days and will tell you why. We will verify your identity, usually by confirming the email address on your account. You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject “Privacy Appeal,” and we will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
We may keep some information when the law allows, for example to process a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Deleting your account ends your access to courses.
California “Shine the Light.” We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Sensitive information. The only sensitive personal information we collect is your account login (email and password). We use it only to provide and secure your account, not to infer anything about you.
10. Children
The Services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, including children under 13. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at privacy@whiteglovecn.com and we will delete it.
11. Where Information Is Stored
WGCN is based in the United States, and we store and process information in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to the United States.
Visitors from the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
Our courses are offered to people in the United States. If you visit from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we process your information to provide the courses you buy (contract), to keep the Services secure and improve them (legitimate interests), to meet legal duties, and for Analytics and Advertising cookies only with your consent. You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, ask for a copy of your information, withdraw consent anytime in Cookie settings, and complain to your local data protection authority. Our providers may process information in the United States under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. To make a request, email privacy@whiteglovecn.com.
12. Third Party Sites
Our Services link to sites and services we do not control, such as social media pages and Stripe’s payment pages. Their own privacy policies apply.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we make a material change, we will tell you by email or by a notice on our website before it takes effect. Earlier versions are available on request.
